From the outset, they offered the best pricing of the 5 companies we tried, were responsive but did not pressure us like some, or did not return calls like others. From the initial salesman/estimator, to the front office staff, foreman or the workers themselves, all were responsive, professional and friendly. All the details I wanted were given to the salesman in the beginning and were actually included in the final product with very good workmanship. At the end some issues were brought to the attention of the foreman and he didn't hesitate to get a crew out to fix it to my complete satisfaction. Getting a new roof is a huge undertaking and I'd highly recommend Parkhill from my experience and with the fact that they have been in business for so many years which also inspires confidence.
